  • We use Royal Mail for all parcel deliveries within the UK and Northern Ireland.

 

Shipping Rates

  • Standard Shipping: we have a flat rate on all shipping.

 

Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days.

 

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

 

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a Royal Mail tracking number to track your parcel.

 

Shipping to Northern Ireland

  • Delivery times to Northern Ireland are the same as the rest of the UK, but there may be occasional delays due to local circumstances.

 

Lost or Delayed Parcels

  • If your parcel is delayed or lost, please contact us at info@alicosglow.com, and we will assist in resolving the issue.

Return & Exchange Policy

AlicosGlow's return policy is designed to give you peace of mind when making a purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your natural beauty products, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange process. Our goal is to build trust and reassure our customers that they can shop with confidence, knowing that we are here to support them in case they've changed their mind or are dissatisfied with a product.
 
We believe in the quality of our beauty products, and our return & exchange policy reflects our commitment to your satisfaction. We want you to feel confident in trying out our products and experiencing the glow of nature.

  1. Trial Period:
    Customers have 10 days from the date of purchasing the products to trial them. Within these 10 days, customers must confirm their decision to return the items should they wish to do so. Without this, the customer is responsible to pay the full cost of the products and will be automatically billed. The cost you will be billed is always displayed during the initial checkout process.

     

  2. Return Process:
    If customers decide to return the items, they must confirm the return and arrange postage. Confirmation of postage must be received by AlicosGlow no later than the 10th day after purchasing the products.
